What is Ask-a-Vet?

Ask-a-Vet is Kibbles’ telehealth service that enables you to connect online with licensed veterinarians and get answers to all your pet-related questions and concerns.

Veterinarians available on Ask-a-Vet cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions or prescribe medication.

What type of questions can veterinarians address online via Ask-a-Vet?

Through Ask-a-Vet, licensed veterinarians can address a wide range of topics like behavioral advice, nutrition consultations, illness, and wellness related questions.

  • “My dog ate chocolate, or socks, or sneakers (you know how it is) and is not feeling well”
  • “I’m not sure if I’m feeding my dog the right food, can you provide some guidance?”
  • “My cat has stopped eating his food and is lethargic.”

Veterinarians can also provide clarity on the urgency of the situation and inform you when you need an in-person consult or need to seek emergency care.

If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening situation, please go directly to the closest veterinary clinic.
